Good Question. When you book a trip with us, we get paid by the supplier of your trip. So, if you book a cruise with X Cruises, X Cruises pays us.

No. Travel agencies get access to great rates and extras so we can often find the same rate or better!, but as an added bonus, we’ll regularly check for any new discounts that may apply to your trip so you can make sure you’re getting the best deal.

Yes, more often than not! If you recently booked a trip on your own, we may be able to transfer it so you can still receive our services and we can apply any discounts or promotions you may have missed. Contact us with your reservation number and we’ll find out

We will NEVER directly handle your money. We book directly with legitimate industry suppliers. You’ll never see a charge on your card from “Yajayra” or send a check to “Good Directions Travel”, you’ll see the name of an established travel supplier such as Hilton Hotels or Princess Cruises.

This all depends on where you are going. All international destinations by air require valid passports that must be valid for at least six months following the trip return date. If your passport is up for renewal soon, apply as soon as possible, as processing is taking longer than usual. For MOST cruises that depart and return from the sa

This all depends on where you are going. All international destinations by air require valid passports that must be valid for at least six months following the trip return date. If your passport is up for renewal soon, apply as soon as possible, as processing is taking longer than usual. For MOST cruises that depart and return from the same U.S. port to any destination in the Western Hemisphere, a Driver’s License and Birth Certificate will suffice. However, a passport is highly recommended in the event it becomes necessary to fly home from a foreign port in an emergency.

Definitely! We love planning too so we get it! Book with us and we can do as little or as much as you’d like. You’ll get the benefit of having us as a resource in case any issues should arise, but you can keep the reins.

Our preferred method of communication is email  so that all our correspondence is clearly documented. Of course, we welcome phone calls, and if we are not immediately available, your call will be returned promptly. Travelling clients are given my personal cell for emergencies and questions during travel.

We can book your flight if it is part of a package. We are not booking  “flight only” itineraries at this time.
